In Windows 10 Pro 22H2 64 bit PL I use the legally activated program StartIsBack++ 2.9.20 https://www.startisback.com but sometimes after starting Windows there is such a sad face in the start menu
and then to make the sad face disappear, I need to restart Windows or restart the Explorer.exe process itself
In older versions of the StartIsBack program it was the same as in older versions of Windows 10 and updates of the StartIsBack program or Windows do not help, but this sad face only appears sometimes.
Other programs, for example Classic Shell or Start10, have too few configuration options that I really need and when an icon does not fit in the start menu, instead of hiding it or enlarging the start menu, it cuts it halfway and it looks very ugly, that's how Classic Shell does it and another reason is that Classic Shell and Start10 have stopped releasing subsequent versions of these programs for several years.
