What you should do is make 100% sure you have the correct drivers from the site. Now go to device manager and with the headset plugged in find them in the device manager, Click update drivers, Do not search online, browse to the folder where you have the drivers downloaded and update it from there.
again, make sure you downloaded the right drivers for your exact model of sades as they vary quite a lot.
I have that headset and I love it.
If it comes down to it, use a laptop and insert the disk in it. It does not matter, I know the disk is small just place it in the middle and it will read, then open the disk on your computer using the explore function. copy the contents of the disk specifically the driver, and place it onto a USB, then use the USB to install the drivers on your computer.
I might have done something wrong, but when I did the update drivers thing, it said it was up to date. But when I go into a game, and switch between stereo and surround, there is no difference. And I don't have a laptop that can read the disc either
On the disk is an actual sades program, after you have the program installed right click on the headphones icon and it should list all the settings, then go to to the 7.1 surround sound and Enable it from the sades menu.
This is the SAdes driver you need
Here, make sure you uninstall whatever drivers you have instaled at the moment for the headset, delete them before runnning the .exe, that way it can recognize the device when you plug it in.
