Safe GPU Fan Speed?

I have a 9800 GT on my pc. I game alot but only play light games like cs:go. Recently, my gpu crashed and I had to re-install all the drivers. Idle Temp is ~55c and gaming (cs:go) temp is ~80. I have set my fan speed from 70% to 80%. Is that a safe/stable fan speed? (I have my pc on 8 hours a day)

At what resolution are you gaming off of that 9800GT? For a GPU of that age, I'm surprised it's yet alive since the others in the wild are all dead due to overheating and the lack of driver support.

Nvm, idk what happened but after the glitch, the GPU stopped working and the pc wouldn’t boot properly when the monitor is plugged into the GPU.
