Safe Gpu overclocking?

Hi, I want to maximize my gpu power for better fps on my crappy gaming computer but I don't know what to set it as without damaging it. I have all the programs necesary but i don't know what to put the setting on in msi after burner, any help?
My rig: 8 gb ram, geforce gt 630m, intel core dual i7-3520@ 2.9 ghz

Is not a good idea to overclock laptops, it won´t dissipate the heat enough and can be dangerous maybe you could think in getting a modest pc for gaming in the future and accept what you already have as it is now.
