Safe i5 6600k Overclock?

I have recently overclocked my i5 6600k CPU to 4.6GHz at 1.35 volts and it is currently not reaching anymore than 70C with a H100i v2 AIO Cooler. Is this a good overclock? if so what is? Thanks

Do you have an i5 6600k? If so what have you got urs oc'd to, what voltage and what temps have you got?

Mine is on a Hero, 4.7 1.3, idles in mid 20s, general load mid-high 60s (running ROG Real Bench)
