Hi All,

Long time listener, first time caller. Quick thanks for all of the excellent advice I've seen on here previously.

My question relates to my EVGA G2 750W 80+ Gold PSU. My system is MSI R9 390 + i5 6600K. I'm thinking of adding a second GPU exactly the same, now that they're going a bit cheaper, and am wondering if it will be safe to run with my PSU. I also have 4x DDR4 2666 RAM, 2x SSD, and 4 120mm system fans (three plugged into mobo, and 1 direct to PSU).

The MSI 390's push the clocks up to 1060mhz core, and 1525mhz memory. I'll run the CPU at stock 3.5ghz @ 1.2v if necessary.

The online calculators are telling me a total load of around 650w, and are recommending an 850w supply.

So my question is really how bad would it be for my 750w to run the 2 x 390's in CF? Potentially running at 90% load.

Edit: PSU is less than 1 year old.
