Safe lubricants for GPU fans?

Hi. One of my gpu fans is spinning significantly slower than the other. I'ver heard that I can lubricate this fan to make it run smooth again. Which lubricant should I use/is safe to use? I know vegetable oil is safe as it is not electrically conductive but I was wondering about motor oil and petroleum jelly.

Thanks

i'd use powered graphite in the bearing, maybe add some oil to help it coat the bearing better. (like what a watch smith uses)

WD-40 isn't recommended as its a water displacement soultion. (it will work but once it drys out your back to square one)
