Safe mode and Intel hd graphics driver problem

Hi i have problem . I want lauch fortnite and my pc says Intel hd graphics stop working and i want to reinstall Intel hd graphics driver i unistalled IT and than i want to to Safe mode but IT stucks on Classpnp.sys I have that driver on desktop can someone tell how to open cmd and command to install it pc works i plug mouse and it makes sound

Go to the BIOS and change the HDD mode from AHCI to IDE.
