safe mode back to normal

my laptop has windows 8.1 and will only boot up in safe mode how can fix it so it will start up normal

Can you give us more details on how Windows only boot to Safe mode?
Have you did any recent changes to the laptop, software, hardware, drivers?
Does Windows boot automatically to Safe mode? any system hang, posts errors?
