Question Safe Mode Keeps Freezing

I'm on my sign into windows screen, the cursor is blinking then stops, my keyboard won't light up and I can't type in the box. Anything I can do?

what happened that make you go to safe mode?

I usually use safe mode to run ddu, the gpu driver uninstaller. Because after a few driver updates they get clogged, older files don't get deleted.

full system spec?
how full is the ssd?

try dism to repair?

Windows 11 64
cpu: i9 12900k stock
gpu: Asus rtx 3080 oc stock
mb: Asus z690
psu: Corsair 850w shift

My ssd with windows Samsung 980 pro 1 ter., has around 30 gigs of free space, I think. It's not full. I was able to force shut down and get the trouble shooting screen, tried to repair but it wasn't able to detect anything. I am not able now to get back to that screen , I want to try quitting safe mode by using command prompt. It just keeps restarting when I try to force quit/restart.

1 TB with only 30 GB of free space? that is full for ssd.
