safe mode on msi bios

how do you get youre computer in to safe mode when nothing with f8 works and no not the shift or tab. and the computer is in a boot loop? i have msi bios setup and want to repair the hole computer but im going to try if it works when it is in safe mode?

Boot with the installation media on a flash drive (flash drive must be bootable). After choosing your Keyboard select Troubelshooting , then Advanced, followed by Startup Settings and Restart. Removed the flash drive while the pc shuts down and when it restarts you will be presented with the option to boot into Safe mode.

You can create a win8 USB boot drive right from Microsoft if you have access to another pc and a flashdrive that is 4gb or larger.
