safe mode on nextbook 7 premium not working

I have tried every thing to get it to boot into safe mode and none of the methods work. my tablet hangs on the boot screen and never loads past that I factory reset and it STILL hangs. I have tried everything and it still stays stuck on that loading screen with the spinning dots in a circle that just says nextbook tm and nothing else besides those 2 things. What in the heck do I do to get my tablet to load?

Nextbook is low quality devices, they fail often. Contact their support, will probably need to be replaced.
