Safe OC for 970

I am trying to overclock my ASUS STRIX GTX 970 gpu. I currently have the power limit to +10%, the core clock to +160 MHz and the mem clock to +300 MHz. I have not experienced any artifacts or other instabilities, and the temp remains stable. Do you think that this is a safe clock, will it decrease my cards lifespan?
