Question Safe OC with max hashrate for MSI GeForce RTX 3060 Ti VENTUS 2X 8G ?

I started mining recently.. where I got a MSI ventus 2x GPU with 8Gb ram.
Initially I was suffering with LHR problem.
After that Nicehash quick miner. optimization unlocked the LHR and solved my issue..
but I currently get only 523 mhs on average..
can someone help me increasing my hashrate.
Or a better mining pool where there is good better inconme in GPU mining..

Orelce. should I go with some procedures to unlock the 63 m\hs that the processsor of 3060ti is capable of gnenrating..

Not to be rude but from what I have seen in regards to mining information I would advise to ask this question on a forum that focuses on that.
