Safe operating temperature for GTS 450?

Hi, I have an EVGA GTS 450 and using furmark and gpu z, i have found that the max speed the fans will rev at is 40% and the max temp the card will get to is 73C. Is it safe to game with the card at this temperature for a long time? I have tried to set a more agressive fan profile with precision x but anything above 45% is really loud for me. What is the max safe operating temperature of the card for long periods of time?
