hi guys i want to know if those setting safe for my cpu i want it last sooo long about 5 years
My pc spec :
Asus p6t del v2
Core i7 920
Cooler master v8
Ocz intel xmp edtion (http://www.ocztechnology.com/product...triple_channel)

Settings look good. Nice low voltage, what are your temps?

3.3GHz is a really mild overclock for i7's, and your CPU voltage is lower than stock, so you should be totally fine if you're looking to get 5 years out of it.
