Safe overclock for an AMD FX 4130?

I have an AMD FX 4130, currently overclocked to 4.2 ghz with 1.4375 voltage. Im using a Thermaltake Water 3.0 Liquid Cooling solution, should i be able to get more overclock out of my cpu with this cooling?

You might be able to, you might not be able to.

This is referred to as the silicon lottery, not all CPUs are made equal. Some CPU's overclock better than others and some can run at lower voltages at the same clock speed than others. All you can do it try, try and try.

As far as you cooler is concerned, it'll be fine overclock away!
