Safe Overclock for an FX 4100?

I'm back again! I ended up messing my MOBO and CPU up, so I got an FX 4100 and an ASUS m5a78l-m le/usb3 motherboard. I'd like to try for 4 GHz or even 4.1 if possible. But, I don't want to screw up my PC again. What would be the safest option that would help me gear towards that desired clock speed?

Just take it up slow and voltage to the vCore (CPU voltage as needed, maybe in increments of 0.05

^That and max safe temps = 62c Core/ 70c Socket. Max voltage 1.55v.
