Safe Overclock for PUBG?

I am overclocking my Radeon HD 7750 and I am using Unigine Heaven to test the overclock. I set the power control to 30%, the core clock to 880MhZ and the memory speed to 1215MhZ. The first 1-2 mins goes fine. I am doing it on low and I am getting 40-60 FPS then after that it freezes then drops to 8 and my OC goes to 300MhZ core clock. WTF???? The temps stay around 40-50C. Why does this happen

Nevermind. With a bit of trial and error I have found that 865MhZ on the core and 1220MhZ on the memory seemed to work. Played a game of solo and got 4th with a good 40-60 FPS on low
