I am wondering what's the biggest OC i can do to my Graphics Card without demaging any CUDA cores or shorting it's lifespan, i will share you guys a picture of the default settings on my Asus GPU Tweak. I would like to get an answer from someone who really knows what he's talking, and this is because i am kinda a psycho when it comes to these kind of stuff.

Default Overclocking setting: http://i59.tinypic.com/2q0ka39.png

Solution
Each GPU is different simply control temps when OC, do not go over 90C and this GPU will serve you long.
Maximum temps by Nvidia site is 105C http://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2752/~/nvidia-gpu-maximum-operating-temperature-and-overheating
To monitor temps use GPU-Z http://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/
To check how much heat genre GPU use furmark http://www.ozone3d.net/benchmarks/fur/
To check stability runs some games if you encounter, screen flicker some random dots ect./ drivers failure, game/ PC crash -lower OC.

Anyway main limiting factor for you GPU is weak ram, you can OC without additional cooling you probably cannot push to much this rams.

Some GT730 cards can be overclocked by a substantial amount giving the card a very nice performance boost. If you can pick one up really cheap, it's makes for a very low end gaming card.

+175 on the memory, and +300 on the GPU.
