Safe programs to use on SSDs?

Hi all,

I have an SSD in my PC with windows 7 64-bit home prem on it and I was wondering if I can use this programs on my SSD.

Uniblue Registrybooster 2014



I know not to defrag SSDs as it wears them out etc (don't want to get into why, already know).

So is this program safe?
I would like a short and sweet answer with a little bit of a description why.
