Safe services to disable for maximum optimization?

I can't seem to find what i'm looking for over by Google so i'm hoping someone has a list of the services that i can disable to optimize my laptop for gaming.

Some say to disable Nvidia Streamer Service, the change is noticeable, is this true?

I can also see a lot of services that i don't know and i don't wanna disable the wrong ones xD

You don't really need to disable any of them. The ones that aren't required to be set to Automatic are best left on Manual. If the they are needed, the system will start them, if not, they aren't used. It's too easy to accidentally disable something and cause problems because of dependencies or vague descriptions of what the service actually does.
