Safe temperatures for a cpu?

I have an i7-8700k thats usually around 28c-30c when just idling or watching YouTube. And it goes up to around 36c when gaming. Is this good?

What cooler do you have? 36C while gaming is phenomenal, unless you're playing a really CPU-light game or have your PC in a freezer or something...

i have a kraken x62 aio cooler. sorry for the late reply. its around 35-40c when i play games like rainbow six siege.
