200c on the video card and 100c on the cpu.

But on a serius not, what cpu and what gpu?

I usually start getting worried at 60ºC, and will NOT run hardware past 80ºC.

This is my cpu and video card

Processor: AMD Athlon 64 3800+ @ 2400 MHz
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT

The internets say 65c max for your CPU, though I would try for lower. I have a 64 3800x2 that has been at 55c max for 3 years and it is still going strong.

I wouldn't push your GPU past 80c.
