I need to attach 10 USB 3.0 external hard drives which are powered over USB, to a powered USB HUB ( http://www.orico.cc/goods.php?id=5547 ) but it's adapter is only 12V 3A so it does not give enough power to use all 10 drives at the same time with it. Is it possible (ie. safe) to attach it to a 12V 10A adapter ( https://www.amazon.com/FAVOLCANO-100-240V-Converter-Adapter-Transformer/dp/B0111A92BK/ref=pd_sbs_60_6?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=ZMNERNQ6AAE4AWMMPH2S ) so it can power all those drives?

Solution
Yes, you can go with as high amperage as you wish although I would question a setup with so many USB drives, each one would be agonizingly slow as they all share same USB port.
