The 1050Ti is a lower power draw card anyway. You'll probably hit a thermal wall before power becomes an issue

You have enought power.

Safe?, No. You want to push the card more than was intended, you could do that but if not handled with care could harm the Gpu and probably would decrease the lifespan, how much depends on the amount of overcloking.

EVGA official site said i can overclock the core clock to +175
