As the others said, you cannot overclock laptops due to the locked BIOS. There are gaming laptops that can be overclocked, but they only allow a very mild overclock like 10% or so. It takes a *LOT* of cooling once voltages start increasing, and laptops due to small form design do not have much of it. Even cooling pads do not help much as has been shown in countless tests. The fan and heatsink over a laptop CPU can only do so much.
If you want to get into serious overclocking like above 10% (you are talking 35%), you need to build a desktop PC.
