Hey, i'm using an I3 NvidiaGeforce 720M Asus A550C laptop and i suddenly lost my charger, but i have another charger from my old laptop.

My charger's Input: Input: AC 100-240V, Output: DC 19V, 3.42A, Power: 65W.

The other charger's Input: AC 100-240V, Output: DC 19V, 1.58A, Power: 30W.

Reminder, my laptop's power supply is already fried due to 24/7 charge mode by my brother...

Solution
It will be safe for your laptop, but the extra current draw may cause your old charger to overheat/die.
For laptops, the charger is the power supply. It sound like you have a dead battery. Most batteries can be easily replaced.
