What is the safe vcore voltage for fx 6300? And what is the max safe voltage for fx 6300?

My vcore voltage is 0.840v when idle n varies between 1.345v - 1.456v under load.
As mentioned here:
http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2049403/6300-max-safe-core-voltage.html

Max volt is 1.55v but every thread i read everybody is posting different different voltage so im worried cuz my cpu is only 5months old n im running it in stock speed.

Help.

What motherboard are you using ??
I've posted many times on this before.
You are far better going into BIOS, disabling turbo core completely & setting a base clock of 19 or 20 for 3800/4000mhz.

This will actually lower the max voltage draw to around 1.36v & will also remove those clock & voltage fluctuations under load - its a win win situation in every way.

I have a 6300 running at 4.5ghz for the last 3 years, never had a crash air cooled with a hyper evo and a very budget mobo.

pretty sure I have not gone above 1.4v not at home now to check though, if you want I can show you my bios settings exactly.
