So I enabled POB in BIOS and in ryzen master.

Voltages
Ryzen master: average 1.53
Hwininfo: average 1.425 with a max of 1.444

Getting a pretty much constant 4.275 ghz on all cores

Temps:

Tctl: max 72C, average 47C
Tdie: max 62C, average 37C

These temps are after running Heaven benchmark

Setup:

2700x
Taichi X470
H105 AIO

What do you guys think? All I did was enable POB, did not mess with anything else.

Solution
Sorry can you show me in a screenshot the exact settings?

Cause if it's a motherboard feature by Asrock, then it's bad.

But if it's a feature by AMD it is ok.
I think I’ll leave it as is and uninstall Parkcontrol.

With the cores parked, I don’t think it’ll effect gaming? I’m sure it’ll use them when it needs. Just had it for my 8350

Figured I would update:

I reset the bios to default, and reenabled XMP and the XFR(POB)

Uninstalled parkcontrol and set the windows power plan to balanced.

Ryzen master is now downclocking to 0.8V/2200mhz when idle and under load goes to 1.36-1.444V(4275-4300)

Temps don’t go above 60C.

So I’m happy with it now.

One weird thing is when I put it to sleep, it won’t wake up. After googling this issue for a while, I’ve decided to just not put it to sleep lol
