Now Im at 4.4 GHz stable with 1.3Vcore (normal chip?) max temps are 78 degrees. I wonder if I can try to go to 4.5 GHz and increase the Vcore. Is it safe to increase the Vcore as long I stay under the 1.35?

I would not go above 1.300 V.

Can you drop that voltage? Its pretty high for 4.4GHz. You should be staying under 1.3v.

What method are you using to overclock?
Program?
BIOS? Fixed? Offset?

Provide your FULL system specs?
What are you using to stresstest?
Where is the voltage peaking according to CPU-z?
What LLC setting are you using?

Need more info there man.

Couldnt drop. If i drop it to 1.29v, windows starts amd aida64 pasts for 15 minutes. But bsods on ITB.

Specs:
I5 4670k with Noctua Nh-D14
2x 660 Ti
AX 860i
Z87 G45 Gaming
2x4Gb vengeance LP
1 ssd, 1 hdd

Using bios. Fixed. Offset idk, havent changed anything about that.

Using Intel Burn Test to stress. Standard settings.

When im stressing and look in cpu-z i see at vcore 1.3v. Not sure what you mean with peaking..

What is LLC? Nothing done with it.

Unfortunately yes, 1.27v for 4.1Ghz is pretty bad. The quality and behavior of these chips is luck of the draw. My i5 4670k at 4.4Ghz is stable at 1.2v, well technically its at 1.212 at full load if you add the offset.
