safemode in 4 corners

Wheni turn on computer, there is the words safemode in 4 corners with alt, ctrl and del on black screen, thats all, no start no nothing tried everything

Safemode is usually something that you have to choose when you start up your computer. It only runs things that are essential to Windows. It is useful when non-essential programs cause Windows to be unstable. To get out of it:

Hit the Windows key + R.
Type msconfig and hit ok.
Go to the boot tab.
Uncheck Safe boot.
Hit ok and then restart your computer.
