Safest overclock for I5-4670k

I have an MSI z87-g45 motherboard, I want to overclock as I have a kraken x61 watercooler that is only cooling a stock clocked cpu right now and I dont want to waste the potential.

I know how to overclock but just wondering for someone who will always be running at a constant speed what is a good Ghz to go to?

I was thinking 4.0 , 4.2 or 4.4?

I don't want to have to restart my comp everytime i want to play a game to overclock it...

Try 4,5GHz with 1,2v and then tell me how it goes.
