Safety of putting a computer in a bungalow

I want to move my computer into my bedroom once I get it (which is a bungalow not connected to my house. I'm worried that it might get stolen. I am going to lock it everyday and make sure that no one can look through the window. Are there any other precautions I should take?

Ok thank you so much. I might not get this brand of locks though I've never thought of getting a computer lock haha. Does it look bad/ ugly at all having it there?
