[SOLVED] Sagemcom and USB Storage access

I have hooked up a USB drive to my router and configured all settings as per manual. When I try and access network storage I get a dialog box asking for username and password and no password username combo I have tried works?

Storage: 1 TB formated NTFS

Router see device and list info as

0.12 Gb

Nowhere in the setting can I setup a username and password except the router login info.

using Windows 10
username and passwords tried when accessing disk
Router username and password
wifi ssid and password
windows username and password
I have also tried setting up a user account on windows 10 that match the router login info

any help greatly appreciated

I don't believe any of the charter spectrum boxes support a usb device like that. Have you tried factory resetting the router?

I did do a factory reset, No help. The manual show setting up USB storage it just doesn't say anything about a username and password.

Interesting. I would try connecting a fat32 drive of some sort--flash drive, etc and see if that works.
