Hello,
my cup says device not reconize I am using windows 7 64 bit.It work on my whifes cup whit the same operating sistem.

Yes I did. it shouws on my cup but says the drive ease empty

Do you have anti-virus? If so run a full scan. If not download MSE from microsoft and immediately run a full scan. Also download MalwareBytes and run a full scan. Do that before anything else.
