Same BSOD after re-installing windows 7

On my old install of windows 7 I would get the following blue screen http://www.filedropper.com/051715-7956-01 . It would happen every once in a while. I thought it may be a driver or program but I just recently re-installed windows on a new hard drive and just got it after using new HDD for about 2 weeks. This makes me think its a hardware issue, so I ran memtest and nothing. RAM is fine, anyone ever have this blue screen error before?

Well no, my home premium key is from a old build and used the key up untill I got ultimate. Which I used for fresh install on ssd.
