[SOLVED] SAME CPU DIFFERENT MOTHERBOARDS NO POST

Hello would be good if you can help me!

Originally my PC wouldn't boot after i cleaned it up.
I waited and bought a new motherboard.
Once i had new motherboard there was still no post to my monitor.
I then bought a new psu and still no signal.
I tried the eraser method on the psu and there still isn't any signal.
I tried on board HDMI and there isn't any signal. I am really annoyed as i have nothing to game on over this Covid-19 lock down period.
I have tried the cpu in both motherboards and there isn't any post ffs.

Would be great if you can help me!

R3 1200
RX 580
1TB HDD

check for bend pin on the cpu?

Any beep? Do the fans work?

Make sure the 8/4 pin auxiliary connector is properly seated.
