Same FPS all settings!!!!!

I have not been getting any change in fps when i change my resolution is CSGO, this happens for all the games i play. No matter what resolution i play on, there is no difference in performance/fps. I usually get around 120-240 an di was surprise that this wasnt higher with my system. Any information would be great.
My Specs:
EVGA gtx 760
AMD FX-8320 processor(I have not overclocked anything)
700W psu

I am just confused why there is no difference in fps when i move to lower settings. I also lose 75+ frames when i am in smokes? Is there anything i need to upgrade in my system?

Generally speaking, if graphical settings has no effect on performance, there is either a FPS cap on the game (I think there is on that one), or your CPU is likely bottlenecking you.

yea, i agree, sounds like you have an cap on your FPS
