Same fps using a 1080p monitor?

Im going to use a 1080P for my new build and i was afriad if it will lower my fps its a 1920x1080 monitor

I didnt put a OS because i already have a disc
I already have a case too

No you will be fine with a GTX 770 at your desired resolution. All the parts are fine and compatible too, but I would prefer XFX, Corsair (except CX series) or Seasonic PSU's.

because right now i have a extra $100 and i wouldnt realy mind buying a smaller resoultion monitor for the fps :/ my bd=udget is $1000 and my computer in all is 899
