Same game, displayed on two monitors?

I'm trying to get games to display on my primary monitor and my secondary. My issue isn't that I can't get games to play on one or the other, but that I can't get them to display on both simultaneously. I have my main monitor hooked up through DVI and I have the other one hooked up through HDMI. The display isn't the issue. I want to sit the secondary monitor beside my desk so my 7 year old sister can watch me play games on that one without having to sit at an awkward angle and look at the main monitor. Is there any way to do this other than Ultramon?

try going to desktop, right click, screen resolution, then there is a drop down menu with stretch and one called duplicate. Try duplicate, see if it works.

Set your displays to be mirrored instead of extended and the same image will show up on both. I'm not sure how much this will impact performance, but it should just be rendering once and sending two copies so it shouldn't be too big of a hit.
