the manufacturer seems to be different

the mobo is MSI B450M GAMING PLUS MOTHERBOARD and i had one stick from my previous build but ordered the same with same speeds and latency RAM CORSAIR VENGEANCE LPX 8GB (1X8GB) DDR4 DRAM 2400MHZ C16 MEMORY KIT - RED

doesn't look like it working together. try oc to the same spec in bios

Memory modules sold as Singles have no guarantee to work in any configuration other than as a Single module.

Exact match, same thing, identical modules have no guarantee to be compatible together. Such combinations may raise your chances of memory working together over the use of random modules.

Memory is guaranteed in the form sold. XMP profiles are also for memory in the form sold.

Workarounds to get extra memory to work include:
Lower memory clock speed
Relax DRAM timings
Raise DRAM voltage

Combining multiple kits or modules sold as singles often causes the memory to no longer be able to operate at rated specifications. The workarounds listed above may help getting it to work.

exchanged the new module and the new one works in dual channel and both at 2400 mhz thank you guysss
