I have the MSI GeForce GT 730 and wanted to get the ASUS Prime H310I-Plus R2.0 Motherboard but according to their compatibility list under section 3.3 for GPUs my particular GPU isn't compatible with their board, yet the same model graphics card but from a different brand, namely the ASUS GT730-SL-2G-BRK-V2 and ASUS GT730-2GD3-DI(C1071P) are. Does it really matter what the compatibility list says or could i get away with just putting my "unsupported" card in?

I think this is very similar to the memory QVL lists in that....they basically don't test EVERYTHING.

I think chances are very good that the card will work.
kinda had a hunch. i checked the list for another motherboard and the PSU compatibility and didnt find the one im currently running on that MB.
