Same price CPUs, what's the difference?

I currently have a i3-6100, GTX 1050ti, with a MSI H110M Pro-VD Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard and am looking to upgrade my CPU. The following CPUs are very close in price, what's the differences? Which would be the best paired with a RX 480 or 1060 that I might get in the future?

Or another cpu that would be best paired with RX 480 or 1060.

Mostly, it's just clock speeds. Your best option is the core i5 7600. If it's the same price as the 7500 get the 7600.

The 7600 has the highest clock speeds of them all.

My suggestion:
The i3-6100 is a very capable gaming chip.
Buy your graphics upgrade first and then see how you do.

Opinions can differ.
Much depends on the games you play.

Run YOUR games, but lower your resolution and eye candy.
If your FPS increases, it indicates that your cpu is strong enough to drive a better graphics configuration.
If your FPS stays the same, you are likely more cpu limited.

Aside: The midrange AMD processors ship in a month. If they are much stronger than Intel at a lower price they may force intel into a substantial price adjustment. Or they might not. If you can wait a month you might see a compelling price for an AMD low end MB with midrange Ryzen vs. an i5 that fits your MB, or you might see the price of the i5 fall.

edit: If you are gaming focussed, the Geo's suggestion of upgrading video first makes sense. If you are compute focused on something else and that is driving you to an i5 from an i5 then the AMDs make even more sense as a CPU. Intel has a problem with the 8 core/16 thread processors.
They are good for multithreaded batch production.

Not so much for gamers which want 2-3 fast cores.

Intel does not lower prices on old chips.
If they need to compete, they will offer newer and faster chips at existing prices.

And... I keep reading about various ryzen motherboard issues.
This is not unusual with new chipsets, even from Intel.
It might pay to wait a bit until the motherboard bios issues are more mature.

I would recommend getting the i5 7600k with the rx 480 cause I currently have those and they run great I can achieve a good 60 to 80 frames on 1080p on most games. Also after you need a better GPU just get another rx 480 then you can have the performance similar to the gtx 1080s. Another thing would be to wait because the rx 500 series is about to come out so I would wait and see how much of a performance boost those have then I would go with the rx 580.
