Same price,different speed ?

Hello everyone
I want to build an APU budget build.
So i found two RAM memories:
-DIMM DDR3 8GB 1600MHz Kingston HyperX Fury Black CL10
-DIMM DDR3 8GB 1866MHz Kingston HyperX Fury Black CL10
The thing that confused me is that they are both same price (53$)
So i don't know which one to buy,can you please tell me which one will perform better with APU.

Also is price just sellers mistake or something else that i need to know ?

they are both pretty much the same, except for that one is running at a higher clock speed of 1866MHz (the second one), compared to the 1600MHz the first one runs at.
for APUs, you want to get really fast RAM, as the graphics on the chip uses system RAM, and it needs it fast. I recommend getting this kit, as its still around the same price, and is faster (which will dramaticly improve performance):

Do you know any other ones that are similar to this ?

G.Skill is one of the most well known brands on the market, and the products they make are very reliable.

since you live abroad, can you give me a online store I can look around, and a budget in your currency that I can choose something in your budget?

My budget would something about 7000 in my currency (RSD) max,maybe a little more but not to much.
