sir what i need update to work my cpu 3rd gen to my motherboard 2nd gen what drivers need dwonload

it's so many in the list. https://www.asus.com/supportonly/P8Q67-M DO/HelpDesk_CPU/ this is my bios site

may motherboard is asus p8q67-m do/bm6660 2nd gen LGA1155
and i have my intelcore i5 3570 3rd gen LG1155 socket

Under Bios & Firmware, the latest Bios version put on a Fat32 formatted USB thumb drive (not zipped or folders). Then you would boot to Bios with Usb drive connected and flash the new firmware using Ezflash utility supplied in the Bios. This is only possible with an already supported and running 2nd gen processor to update Bios before installing 3rd gen.

that page doesn't list IvyBridge support (note no 3xxx processors)
even the Xeon 1230 is Sandybridge. You may need to look for a Z77 motherboard
