its coming from a system around 4-5 years old intel system, to a more current amd ryzen 7 build with almost all different part excluding the r9 270x gpu im replacing once i get the funds for a gtx 1070.

Trying to put drive(s) with an included OS, from a 5 year old Intel system into a new Ryzen system?
And you hope it will just boot up?

hahahaha...

But seriously...what OS is this?

windows 10
i just wanted to see if i could, if i run into the same problem i had when i built the first pc where i couldnt get the graphics card to output any graphics with a cpu without and integrated graphics so i had to buy another cpu with integrated graphics just to install drivers to get an output out of the card

The GPU or lack of it has little or nothing to do with this.
The whole new platform is the issue.

Your Ryzen system will need a full OS reinstall, and everything else.

Where did this current Win 10 come from?
For the OS activation, read and do this before you change any parts:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/20530/windows-10-reactivating-after-hardware-change
http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-3164428/windows-build-1607-activation.html

Then, this:
How to do a CLEAN installation of Windows 10

Windows will install its own basic graphics driver, enough to get you up and running.
