above HDD is 64MB RAM w 6phys heads and below is 256MB RAM but only 4phys

i heard some guy said 256MB RAM is not good as 64MB, because look like it may very slow when HDD reached 99% capacity

This:

"i heard some guy said 256MB RAM is not good as 64MB, because look like it may very slow when HDD reached 99% capacity"

Reference, source?

Any drive is going to have performance problems at 99% capacity....

My suggestion is to use Western Digital's diagnostic software.

Western Digital Dashboard

look like "renew" hdd, it only show the true information when you use victoria to deep scan/write,
speed when only 10-20GB(maybe) left is so slow, only xKB -> xxKB

WD40EZAZ - SMR drive. Usable for archives, backups, user media storage. Do not use this drive for write intensive workloads. It will perform terribly.

WD40EZRZ - CMR drive. Normal general purpose desktop drive.
yeah i feel the slow w AZ drive vs RZ, Retailer doesnt warning buyer about that and i dont even noticed until you said that
