samsung 171p?

I read some great reviews about this monitor but I can't actually find it anywhere online. I see the 171b the 171mp and the 170mp. samsung's website was somewhat lacking and I couldn't find anything on its site concerning the 171p. Does it even make the 171p anymore?

edit: I saw it on the monitorsdirect website store, but it's not in stock. bleh.

hehe, are you from sweden, Hur star det till. anyway I also have a hard time finding the monitor, i would liek to check how much better that monitor is vs. the 170t(i have that one)

lucky!! Oh well...maybe I can convince my dad to get me the 171mp. I'd rather get the 171p though seeing as it's like 300 dollars cheaper...

Do you have any idea how much shipping would be from scandanavia to the US?

Bara bra tack I live in Norway actually, but I speak Swedish fairly well.. Seems to me the 170T uses a different panel technology, than 171P (TN or something). But mainly it has better contrast it seems (not to forget that nice Porsche design). But the 170T is not that old is it, why not wait until we see some FFD models or something?

i got my 170t for about 2 month ago, so i will keep this one for a while, but that 170p is just too nice, the design makes it the best looking lcd screen, and on second place is the apple screen.

UUGGGGHHHH I hate the apple screens! They are ugly in design, and aren't even that good!
