samsung 193p ghosting

I just got a samsung 193p it has a 20mm responce time. I get ghosting just by moving my mouse around on my desk top. Is this normal? And I play star wars galaxies and its not a fast moving game and I get ghosting form that also. If anyone could help that would be great thank you

I just bought one also but I do not have any ghosting issues yet with gaming or regular use
